Our minimum rental period is one month. After that, we rent month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Just give us 30 days notice when you're ready to move out. There are no early termination fees.
You can store most household and business items — furniture, appliances, clothing, boxes, electronics, inventory, and more. Items that are prohibited include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable food, live animals, and anything illegal. When in doubt, give us a call!
Our standard access hours are Monday–Saturday 6am–10pm and Sunday 8am–8pm. Select units at our Louisville location offer 24/7 access. Office hours vary by location — check the Locations section above for specific hours.
Yes — you provide your own lock, so only you have the key. We recommend a disc lock or cylinder lock for maximum security. We sell high-quality locks at our office if you need one when you move in.
Storage contents are not covered by our facility insurance, so we recommend getting renter's insurance or a dedicated storage insurance policy. Many homeowner's and renter's insurance policies extend coverage to off-site storage — check with your provider. We also offer affordable tenant protection plans starting at $12/month.

Yes! We offer free use of our moving truck for new customers on move-in day (subject to availability, local trips only). We also have dollies, hand trucks, and moving carts available to borrow at no charge. Ask our team when you come in.
